Procedure

Phase A – Combine Phase A in main vessel and begin propeller mixing (200-400 rpm). Phase B – Add Phase B ingredients gradually and slowly to Phase A in formula order with continuous mixing, increasing mixing speed if necessary. Batch will thicken and become continuous. Phase C – Add Phase C ingredients to Phase AB in formula order under propeller mixing until fully uniform. Phase D – Add Phase D to Phase ABC with continuous mixing. Phase E – Add Phase E in formula order to Phase ABCD under propeller mixing. Note: Allot time for tea to disperse. Transfer into final container once uniform.
